Leadership and life coaching when you’re ready for more.

Our unique coaching approach blends core energy methodology with Gallup CliftonStrengths to help clients expand their capacity to choose conscious action and grow their leadership and life potential.

 What we do

We partner with clients and corporate partners to create awareness around the strategies they’re currently using and shift to the actions that best align with their goals. Clients participating in our coaching methods report meaningfully higher satisfaction with relationships, health, and a sense of personal freedom. And their colleagues often rate them as more effective, enthusiastic, and calmer under pressure. Resulting in a correlation to tangible career gains, including higher income and a greater likelihood of promotion.

  • "Christine has a way of seeing through the story and getting to the heart of the energy. Through my work with her, I have completely changed my leadership approach. It is effective because it is true to me, uses my strengths, and turned my uniqueness into an advantage. "

    Ryan, Former Client

  • "I would recommend Christine to anyone. Her work is masterful. It took me a few weeks to trust the process, and I am glad that I did! We began working together right after my director promotion, which helped me build intentional relationships and start off strong."

    Mica, Former Client

  • "What I thought would be time spent seeking a new role turned into an entire life and career transformation. Today, I am more confident, fulfilled and successful than I could have ever expected."

    Emma, Former Client

Our Approach

Align Your Energy

How you respond under stress can disproportionately affect your energy and how others perceive you. Understand the energetic patterns shaping your experience and build the awareness to direct them intentionally.

Leverage Your Strengths

Stop managing your weaknesses and start building from your natural talent. When you know your wiring, you stop wasting energy working against it.

Awaken Potential

The version of you that operates with clarity, confidence, and purpose isn't someone you have to become. It's someone you have to uncover.

Lead with Ease

Leadership and life stop feeling like an effort when your energy and strengths align. This is where sustainable high performance lives.

Hi, I’m Christine Dearmont, Founder of Thrivelab.

You already have what it takes. Thrivelab helps you access it. That’s always been my approach; from founding and leading the Women & Engineering Center at WashU to directing business development operations in tech, automotive, energy, and higher education industries- the questions are different. Still, the answers come from the same place: the client’s current situation relative to their goals.

At Thrivelab, we combine over eighteen years of experience in business and higher education, coupled with industry credentials, to deliver a unique framework designed to help you reach sustainable results and lead with ease.

My style blends professional with fun. I work with individual and corporate clients who hire me to develop custom packages, which can be strictly coaching or a blend of cohort leadership development alongside private coaching sessions.
